Thanks A Lot Sir!

For almost two (2) months that I train here in NPC Alliance Corporation at the IT Section, Executive Department. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to the people who I met in this good company for the successful of On-the-Job Training which I have undergone. The knowledge and skills which I have learned during my practical training will be of great help in my future practice as an IT. Likewise, the three hundred (300) hours On-the-Job Training (OJT) which I have completed meets the prerequisite as candidate for graduation.

I am also thanking Sir Aries E. Baring who taught me a lot about the computer system not only technical but also the most important that I learn from him is to be responsible, clean to work and to have self-confidence. I am also thanking to Ms. Joy Nepomuceno and Sir Raymond Yambao for their support, coaching and fellowship during my training. I have learned a lot from them.

Again thank you and more power.

OJT - On-the-Job Training

Education is very important to the people, people who have been finish their study were lucky because they have a big chance to find a good job or now they have a good job. On-the-job training (OJT) is one of the best training methods because it is planned, organized, and conducted at the employee's worksite. As a student, taking this On-the-Job Training (OJT) is not easy for me because I will sacrifice my summer vacation but I know this sacrifice will help me to find a good job in the future. On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a kind of training methods that can broaden our knowledge and skills, giving information regarding the situation when you are already an employee and experience what an employee do when work. You may learn a lot in this On-the-Job Training (OJT), you become matured, have self-discipline, being sociable, time management, stand for your own and the most important that you may learn is to have self-confidence in what you do and believing to yourself that “you can do it how hard it is!”. Finding a company to apply for your On-the-Job Training (OJT) is not easy because you will consider that this company was related to your course and can handle and train you well. The important of having this On-the-Job Training (OJT) is the experience you got and knowledge that you have learn from the company.
